GUSTOSAL is very pure salt that that has been enriched with sodium nitrite (0.5 % - 0.6 %).
Application
GUSTOSAL is suitable for the production of meat products and the prevention of botulism. Brining meat using nitrite salt ensures that meat products keep for longer, whilst retaining their appealing red colour.
