This salt crust is manually skimmed off with a specially designed wooden implement and has a very limited production capacity. This exclusive product is characterised by its refined taste, soft texture and high calcium and magnesium content. FLEUR DE SEL is a 100% natural sea salt with no additives. Just a few grains of FLEUR DE SEL are needed to produce an intense flavour.
