Characteristics
- Very pure refined MEDIUM COARSE Atlantic sea salt – grain size: 1-2 mm
- Atlantic sea salt is produced in an ecological way by means of sun and wind. PDV salt, however, is produced in a chemical way.
- Atlantic sea salt contains, in contradiction to standard kitchen salt, a number of micro-elements and minerals which are essential for the human body. Thanks to the higher magnesium content, sea salt has a more gentle taste.
- Atlantic sea salt has a UNIQUE taste and is perfect to use in the kitchen, as an additive or flavour enhancer.
- Sea salt gives a gastronomic note to your dishes and meals and adds an important surplus value to your products. This surplus value offers a significant marketing advantage.
