1984: Establishment of Eurasalt. producer of salt tablets in Poland, with offices and warehouse in Belgium.

1997: Eurasalt acquired by the Sobry brothers.

1998: Zoutman Industries NV comes into being.

1998: Construction of a production unit in Roeselare refining and packing using the latest technology and techniques

2004: Construction of a new bulk salt refining unit at the Kluizendok in the port of Ghent. 13,000 m² of storage space better off at a stroke – plus a new packing unit.

2005: Acquisition of the Van Damme salt company
